  2. Condition of Merchandise: Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like sale products, customized goods, and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
